Break for (Neopian) Poetry

I left Momo & Ginger at home this morning to do their schoolwork while I took Tullius to his Charlotte's Web play rehearsal (he's a sheep). Not only did Momo get her book learning done, she had time to write poetry.

Yes, it is going to be challenging. I looked over the AO books last night and the year 3.5 looks like it will be a good fit. I may not do the history suggestions but the science book looked good, just something fun to read and the natural history books. She will enjoy the literature, I hope. Parables of Nature wasn't mentioned on yr 3.5 but I do read that aloud to my ds6 and dd "listens" in. I am planning on reading most of it to her but I think a lot of it she can read and we will do narrations and copy work from the books. I just want her to enjoy reading. I told her this morning that we are going to take the rest of this week off of school and just relax. I just went to see what she was doing in her room and she is reading a book! Five Little Peppers. I have been trying to get her to read that book forever!:) I hope that is a good sign!:)
